This is basically a new and improved version of Media Center Studio which you can use to customise the Media Center GUI. The original Media Center Studio was a great utility but it was abandoned by the developer and started to have some compatibility problems. It is still possible to get MCS to install and work but it involves resorting to some nasty hacks. MCE Reset Toolbox on the other hand is still under active development and so supports Windows 8.1 and even adds many new features. When I first looked at MCE RTB it could conflict with My Channel Logos as it also has the ability to modify the Guide. Now the developer is offering different versions of MCE RTB with different feature sets. The newest and cheapest of these, costing just £2.56, is the Themer edition. This version includes all the features except those that edit the guide, making it a good companion to My Channel Logos. You can edit the Menu, apply and design custom themes and tweak a few other advanced settings. With the Menu editor you can add you own custom strip and easily add launchers for your own applications.

If you do go for the full version and use My Channel Logos please be careful. Having two utilities which can both edit your Guide configuration can cause conflicts.
