My Logitech k400r keyboard since upgrading my HTPC has had delayed reaction and has very limitless range in a way that I never noticed on my VGX-XL, I put it down to being internally mounted but issue happens when installed in front USB ports too (and unlike a VGX-XL the front doesn't shut when USB is plugged in). Apparently interference affects the Logitech keyboard so this computer must give out more interference that my VAIO. Apparently the little USB extender you get with the Logitech keyboard is designed to decrease interference and increase range, apparently it actually works too. Here it is... (pictures found online).. Unfortunately I can't find mine, but can buy another on Amazon for about £3. My other solution was to use a USB extension lead and place the dongle higher up or closer to me but this could look ugly, so for £3 I think I'll give the range extender a go Hopefully this help others with similar issues and I guess the extender will also work with other brands of wireless keyboards?
