Hi everyone,I just bought a vgx-xl302 from flea market and came without hdd, remote and keyboard. I try to connect on tv with hdmi and no video at all. I connect it with component cable and i can access the bios. Is that normal to not have hdmi image without operating system installed?

I don't think so, I think it should still display the BIOS. Could be a graphics card issue. Do you have a spare graphics card you could try? If it still has the original card it will be very old and likely in need of replacement anyway.
New cards are much better

Thanks, will look for a card replacement. It is still a good piece of hardware and want to make it run.

Thanks for all your support. Glad we was able to help. Upgrading from the original software to Win7 is known to cause a few issues including regular BSOD, it is recommended to clean install Win7 then fix the boot screen freeze and eject button issue afterwards.
