When you say "video" card do you mean Graphics card or TV Tuner card?
As far as I remember removing the stock TV Tuner card means losing the connections to the A/V inputs behind the front panel door. However many TV Tuner cards have a S-Video input to allow you to still have a video capture feature.
Replacing the stock Graphics card loses the connection to Component Video out at the rear panel.

Thanks wheeker. I am trying to retain the video Inputs, and I wanted to make sure that replacing the video card would not break those inputs. I don't plan to use component video so that isn't a big deal, as it is a video output from the sound of things. My next question, how do I actually use the video input. When I hook up a video source to the PC, how would i display that source. Will the video input appear as a channel in WMC? Thanks.
